The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities, maximize revenue generation and lead closures through calling, networking, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Client acquisition and business development by direct sales.
- Setting up meetings / Site visits with potential clients and listening to their concerns.
- Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property.
- Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
- Meet and advise clients on real estate.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Handle HNI clients with ease & efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business2+ years' of sales experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat We Offer :
