As Birdeye accelerates growth, this role is pivotal in ensuring our GTM stack seamlessly connects Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success data, automates revenue-critical workflows, and empowers front-line teams with actionable analytics and AI-powered capabilities.
You will lead cross-functional transformation, champion process redesign, and deliver sustainable operational Responsibilities Systems Architecture & Integration :
- Architect, design, and maintain the GTM technology ecosystem, integrating platforms such as Salesforce, Clay, Scout, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Nooks, Gong, LeanData, and Zapier, with rigorous attention to scalability, reliability, and data quality.
- Lead and execute end-to-end systems integration projects, developing API / data pipelines that deliver frictionless, real-time flow of leads, opportunities, and customer intelligence across CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and analytics platforms.
- Develop comprehensive systems documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical playbooks, SOPs, and change management policies for GTM Automation, AI, and Workflow Enablement :
- Engineer complex, multi-step automations using native platform capabilities, scripting, and platforms like Zapier, to eliminate manual work, build intelligent lead scoring, sales routing, and customer onboarding workflows.
- Deploy and optimize AI-driven solutions, including generative prompt engineering for chatbots, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics to increase conversion rates, pipeline quality, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and continuously iterate on AI-based revenue engines and workflow automations, ensuring scalable performance and measurable Stack Governance, Optimization & Security :
- Own the centralized inventory of GTM systems, monitoring licenses, usage metrics, renewal cycles, and user hierarchies in Salesforce and all connected tools to ensure compliance, spend optimization, and robust data security.
- Proactively identify and decommission redundant platforms and licenses, drive cost savings, and ensure consistent data integrity across the Leadership, and Best Practices :
- Continuously scan the GTM tech landscape for new platforms, AI advancements, and process innovations; provide influential recommendations for tool adoption and strategic fit.
- Serve as an evangelist for enterprise automation, best-practice process engineering, and secure, compliant data management, champion a culture of operational excellence and Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related technical field.
- 510 years of progressive experience managing and engineering GTM systems in SaaS, cloud software, or high-growth B2B environments.
- Deep, hands-on admin expertise in Salesforce and at least three core GTM tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Gong, Clay, Scout, LeanData).
- Demonstrated experience implementing complex systems integrations and automations via APIs, scripting, and low-code platforms.
- Proven track record with prompt engineering and AI-driven workflow optimization for marketing, sales, or customer engagement.
- Advanced project / program management acumen, with direct leadership of cross-functional initiatives in RevOps or GTM domains.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation, executive presentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Business acumen spanning marketing, sales, and customer experience, with a strong drive to deliver measurable results
