SAP Utilities Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Utilities Technical Consultant with extensive expertise in ABAP Technical, Device Management, Billing, and IS-U utilities-specific knowledge . You will be instrumental in designing, analyzing, developing, and supporting SAP IS-Utilities solutions, particularly focusing on smart meter technology and integration between SAP Device Management and MDUS. This role requires a deep understanding of utilities business process flow and the ability to work on various enhancements and support activities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design, analyze, develop, and provide production support for SAP Device Management, Billing, and SAP IS-Utilities solutions.
• Implement and integrate Smart Meter technology , including integration between SAP Device Management and MDUS with ITRON meters.
• Work on AMI functionalities in SAP IS-U to trigger SMART Metering scenarios with ITRON Meter.
• Utilize BDT, EEWB, CAWM, AET Tools for screen enhancement.
• Develop solutions for Re-connection / Disconnection / Immediate Read / On-demand read scenarios.
• Enhance smart scenarios with inbound and outbound proxies under the service order management area.
• Work on Master Data Templates and Parked documents.
• Manage Campaign Management, including assigning customers to target group creation and campaign execution.
• Utilize Print Work Bench tools to create forms and letters.
• Create templates for generating test data in the IS-U system.
• Work on the latest versions of Device Management, Billing, and ISU EHP4 systems.
• Identify, raise, and resolve issues, providing solutions for specific work deliverables.
• Handle incidents, minor, and major enhancements for customer care-specific requirements.
