Import / Export Logistics Lead

Job Overview

The Senior Logistics Specialist – Customs Clearance is responsible for managing and executing import / export operations, ensuring compliance with Indian customs regulations, and coordinating with broker, freight forwarder, internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely and accurate shipment clearance.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Customs Operations :

• Oversee end-to-end customs clearance for import / export shipments.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and port authorities.
• Ensure accurate documentation (e.G. B / L, P / L, Invoice, licenses, and certificates) and necessary information (PO, price, terms) for goods import to ensure all are compliance with customs requirement.
• Monitor and maintain valid import / export licenses.
