Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the region.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel extensively within the region.Skills
