We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and well-spoken Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.
You’ll be the voice of Bigtoe — helping potential customers book services, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction leaves them smiling.
This is not a script-based call center job. You’ll be expected to think, understand our offerings, and genuinely help people book the right service.
Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, chats, and texts from potential customers.
Guide them through service options, pricing, and help them complete bookings.
Follow up with warm leads, recover unbooked sessions, and close sales politely.
Support existing clients with reschedules, questions, and feedback.
Coordinate with operations when needed to ensure smooth fulfillment.
Maintain CRM notes and communicate customer insights to the team.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or American accent.
Experience in customer support or inside sales (preferably US-based clients).
Comfortable working night / evening hours (US time zones).
Confident, empathetic, and able to think on your feet.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using chat, CRM, and web-based tools.
