Job description

Join our team at Talent Worx as a Power BI Developer, where you will play a crucial role in converting complex data into clear, compelling visualizations and reports. This position involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and to deliver actionable insights through Power BI solutions. We're seeking a candidate with a passion for data, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in Power BI development.

Experience : 3 to 6 years
Location : Remote

Requirements

Responsibilities :

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards.

Collaborate with business users to gather and define reporting requirements.

Implement data models and write DAX queries to enhance report capabilities.

Perform data analysis and build visualizations that drive business decisions.

Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure the accuracy of data.

Support end-users by providing training and documentation on Power BI tools.

Technical Skills Required :

Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboards, reports, and data modeling.

Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M query language.

Familiarity with SQL and experience in integrating various data sources.

Understanding of data visualization best practices.

Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
