Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresher CA / CMA at Pro Consort Pvt Ltd, located in Bengaluru. The role involves tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis. The Fresher CA / CMA will assist in the preparation of financial statements, manage accounting records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role includes supporting internal and external audits, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Experience with preparation of financial statements and managing accounting records
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Skills in supporting audits and analyzing financial data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using finance software and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification as a CA or CMA
