Key Responsibilities :
- Work Directly with the Founder : Collaborate closely with the founder on strategic growth projects, campaigns, and experiments.
- Build from Scratch : Work in a true 0-to-1 setup launch new growth experiments, marketing initiatives, and acquisition channels with speed and ownership.
- Campaign Ownership : Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, email, WhatsApp, etc.) to drive conversions and reactivation.
- Product & Content Marketing : Collaborate with cross teams to translate offerings into compelling messaging, landing pages, emailers, and drip campaigns.
- Performance Tracking : Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to monitor and report campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, and other key metrics.
- Lead Nurturing : Strategize and execute automated and manual workflows to move leads down the funnel via WhatsApp and email.
- Creative Direction : Work with the design and content teams to produce high-converting creatives, videos, and copy for campaigns.
- New Initiatives : Devise new methods and strategies to move leads down the funnel and improve conversion at each stage
- Cross-Functional Ownership : Lead and manage initiatives that span across growth, product, marketing, partnerships, and ensuring alignment and execution excellence.
- A / B Testing : Continuously experiment with creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to optimize performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment across initiatives.
