Manager – Content Development (Management Subjects)

About the Role :

We are looking for a Manager – Content Development to drive the creation, review and enhancement of academic content for undergraduate and postgraduate management programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, publishing expertise and a passion for digital education. This role involves working closely with technology driven content creation team to create high-quality, engaging and interactive learning materials.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Content Development & Review -

• Develop and review academic content for management courses ensuring accuracy, relevance and alignment with university standards.
• Collaborate with technology driven content creation team to create engaging learning materials, case studies, assessments and digital resources.
• Ensure content quality meets publishing standards and is pedagogically effective for digital and blended learning.
• Implement structured content review processes to maintain academic rigor and clarity.

Key Requirements :

6-10 years of teaching experience at the university level in Management subjects.

Ph.D. (preferred) or Master’s in Management

Strong expertise in academic publishing and content development.

Experience in developing curriculum, assessments and instructional content for higher education.

Knowledge of digital content creation.

Ability to conduct live lectures, webinars and interactive sessions.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Passion for EdTech and innovation in education.
