Job descriptionStrong domain expertise in Finance & Accounting operations. Hands-on experience in F&A Transformation projects (automation, process optimization, RPA exposure preferred). Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication. Proven ability to lead large delivery teams across multiple processes. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Exposure to Pre-sales, Solution Design, and Transition Management. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Workday) and MS Office tools. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Automation Tools, or Project Management (PMP / Prince2) preferred. 15+ years of experience in F&A Operations and Delivery Management. Demonstrated success in managing transformation initiatives. Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and client-centric environment.

Shift Timings - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with strong exposure to Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations, transformation initiatives, and pre-sales / solutioning. The ideal candidate will lead delivery excellence, drive process optimization, and support client engagement across multiple F&A functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end F&A operations delivery, ensuring service quality, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs.
- Manage teams handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Reporting processes.
- Drive F&A Transformation initiatives through automation, process reengineering, and best practice adoption.
- Partner with internal and client stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Support Pre-sales and Solutioning by preparing proposals and transition plans.
- Monitor key operational metrics, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies.
- Manage client relationships through proactive governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Transition) for seamless project execution.
- Mentor and develop teams to enhance domain knowledge and operational excellence.
