Patient Communication :
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, and clinic services.
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on treatments, or provide additional information as needed.
- Provide compassionate and clear communication to address patient concerns or questions.
Appointment Management :
Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments using the clinic s management system.Ensure appointments are booked accurately and efficiently to optimize clinic schedules.Send reminders and follow-up messages regarding upcoming or missed appointments.Patient Experience :
Deliver a positive patient experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.Handle challenging situations or escalations with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.Collaboration with the Clinic Team :

What You Need to Succeed as a Patient Care Specialist in Pristina, Kosovo :
Education and Experience :
Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a similar role is preferred.Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems or call management tools is a plus.Skills Required
