We are seeking a VnA Training Lead to drive training initiatives for our Visual and Analytics teams in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training and development, with a strong focus on VnA methodologies. This role will involve creating and delivering engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for VnA (Visual and Analytics) teams.
Assess training needs and develop tailored training materials.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business objectives.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members post-training.

Skills and Qualifications

7-12 years of experience in training and development, specifically in VnA or related fields.

Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and analytics methodologies.

Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training strategies.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
