Job Title : Project Administrator

Location : Canning Vale, WA

Salary : From $90k – $100k + Super (based on experience)

Type : Permanent Full-Time

Hours : Flexible (Between 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM), but must complete the 40 hour week / 8 hour days.

Start Date : Immediate

About the Role :

Our client, a leading industrial electrical business in Canning Vale, is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Administrator to join their dynamic team. This fast-paced role will see you supporting a talented management team with a variety of administrative and mobilisation tasks. Due to the busy nature of the business, we’re looking for someone who is a true “gun”—efficient, detail-oriented, and always ready to ask questions when needed.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative Support :

Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as required.

  • Assist with maintaining drawing registers, printing drawings, document control, and MDRs.
  • General administrative duties to support project needs.

Mobilisation & Coordination :

Coordinate the mobilisation of employees across multiple projects.

  • Work closely with site management teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process.
  • Maintain compliance records for all employees, ensuring all necessary training and medicals are booked.
  • Order PPE and maintain accurate rosters and Excel documentation for all personnel movements.
  • Assist Project Managers with recruitment tasks and other ad-hoc duties.
  • Skills & Experience Required :

  • 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with proficiency in Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a management team of 8.
