Job description12–15 yrs in BI leadership (preferably BFSI) Strong in Power BI, SQL, SAP BO, Python Experience with cloud data architecture Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership
🔹 Role Summary
Lead the centralized BI & Analytics function to drive data-led decisions, automation, and a strong data culture. Collaborate across sales, ops, and tech to deliver scalable insights and reporting solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Own CXO-level dashboards and performance reporting
- Drive BI strategy and reporting automation
- Integrate Python-based analytics and workflow automation
- Partner with data engineering on AWS / Redshift pipelines
- Lead a 15+ member team and engage senior stakeholders
