Role Purpose :

The Assistant Manager - Partnerships will play a pivotal role in securing funding, managing donor relationships, and supporting end-to-end grant management. This position involves strategic collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve fundraising targets and amplify the organizations impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Fundraising & Donor Engagement :

Identify, assess, and cultivate relationships with domestic and institutional donors (CSR, foundations, HNWIs).

Contribute to annual income / expense plans and regional fundraising strategies.

Work closely with program teams to design impactful projects and ensure smooth grant handovers.

Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
