To lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of comprehensive wellbeing programs that support the psychological safety, resilience, and overall health of employees in content moderation environment.
Responsibilities
Wellbeing Program Leadership
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of regional wellbeing initiatives.
Ensure alignment with global Wellbeing strategy while addressing local needs and employee feedback.
Support ad hoc Wellbeing projects, employee engagement activities, and organizational wellbeing campaigns.
Remain agile in responding to emerging needs or crisis situations.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary Wellbeing point of contact for Operations, ensuring alignment between Wellbeing goals and business needs.
Facilitate communication to drive engagement and participation.
Manage relationships with external Wellbeing vendors, ensuring quality service delivery and SLA compliance.
Handle onboarding, renewals, and performance reviews.
Manage counsellor requirements, lead recruitment efforts, and collaborate with HR and vendors.
Program monitoring and evaluation
Track Wellbeing program performance through KPIs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
Regularly assess impact and recommend improvements based on insights.
Collaboration and Partnership with Global Wellbeing delivery Team
Coordinate with Wellbeing counterparts in other regions to share best practices and align global wellbeing goals.
Support cross-regional program planning and execution.
Data Management and Mentorship of Wellbeing Coordinators
Collect and manage data from various Wellbeing touchpoints including sessions, events, and vendor reports.
Ensure data integrity for reporting and analysis.
Supervise, mentor, and support Wellbeing coordinators and counsellors across the region.
Conduct regular check-ins, set goals, and foster professional development.
Invoice Management
Oversee invoice processing for Wellbeing vendors, ensuring timely submissions and payments. Coordinate with finance and procurement for budgeting and compliance.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in psychology or related field.
Excellent experience in wellbeing, mental health, or employee engagement roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in data reporting, presentation tools, and Wellbeing program design.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Experience in Trust & Safety or content moderation environments.
Previous experience of handling and managing teams
Familiarity with trauma-informed care, crisis response, and occupational health standards
