Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Sales Marketing Officer located in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Chief Sales Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and conducting sales training. Additionally, the officer will handle team management, drive sales targets, and ensure effective coordination between sales and marketing departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
• Proficiency in Training and Team Management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
