PPC-Executive / Sr. Executive

Role & Responsibility

• Planning of raw materials and co-ordination with plant
• Production planning as per daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Co- ordination with supply chain team
• Adhere 100% to monthly schedule
• Reporting on the daily production status and any production issues to seniors
• Involvement to improve production and reduce cost and rejection
• Requirements and urgencies on daily / monthly basis
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources viz man, material and machines.
• Responsible for adhere of specifications mentioned in route card / Job card.
• Vendor coordination for Job work and raw materials
• Ensure ideal stock of inventory of raw materials / WIP / FG in plant
• Ensure safety and 5S at shop floor
• Prepare daily MIS reports of production and dispatch
• Preparation of Production planning schedule based on actual W.I.P. stock &finish goods.
• Daily follow up with inter factory plants for critical parts Shortage.
• Prepare Monthly / Annually Budget
• Coordinate with Purchase department, update requirements for purchased goods and materials.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, word, PowerPoint, Oracle
