Job description

Key responsibilities

  • Client management :  Meet with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and position requirements.
  • Job advertising :  Draft and place job advertisements on online job boards, social media, and other relevant channels to attract candidates.
  • Candidate sourcing :  Search databases, use social media, and leverage their professional network to find potential candidates. This can include 'headhunting' individuals who may already be in a job.
  • Screening and interviewing :  Review resumes and cover letters, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Process management :  Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, provide feedback, and manage the overall application process.
  • Offer negotiation :  Facilitate salary and benefits negotiations between the client and the candidate, and assist in finalizing the job offer.
  • Relationship building :  Maintain ongoing relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Data management :  Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients.
