Deputy Manager - BD

Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial analysis for bids, projects, and mergers & acquisitions within the renewable energy sector.
• Develop financial models to support various business initiatives and decision-making processes.
• Provide expertise in structuring deals related to tax, GST, and contracting to ensure compliance and optimize financial outcomes.
• Collaborate on plant configuration and technology selection to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead inbound and outbound mergers & acquisitions as well as joint ventures to expand market presence and drive growth.

Qualifications

Qualification : CA with a good rank, or BE / B.Tech with MBA (Finance)

Experience : up to 4 years of relevant work experience
