Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development and Analytical Lab Operations to oversee the daily operations of our analytical lab while simultaneously driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise in lab operations and strategic acumen in business development. This role is crucial for ensuring project efficiency and quality, managing client relationships, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for setting goals and leading a team to achieve them, directly contributing to the company's expansion.

Key Development & Strategy : Develop and execute robust business strategies to drive growth for the analytical lab. This includes identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding the client base.

Lab Operations Management : Oversee the daily operations of the analytical lab, ensuring project efficiency, quality control, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Client & Stakeholder Management : Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts. You will coordinate with various internal teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and delivery timelines.

Leadership & Team Management : Provide strong leadership to the analytical lab and business development teams. This involves setting clear goals, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Reporting & Performance Analysis : You will be responsible for comprehensive reporting and performance analysis, providing strategic insights to senior leadership on business growth and operational metrics.
