About the Role :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in converting inbound leads into service bookings, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to completion. Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to convert them into confirmed service bookings.
- Act as the communication bridge between customers and service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and lead details.
- Ensure all service updates, customer preferences, and feedback are recorded properly.
- Handle customer queries and follow up to ensure satisfaction post-service.
- Generate and maintain service reports and assist in analyzing lead conversion data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service workflows and customer experience.
Requirements :
Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM management, or inbound sales.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in using CRM or lead management tools.Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.Skills Required
