Role Overview

As the Computational Design Lead , you will spearhead the integration of computational methodologies within Ramboll’s engineering and design processes. You will develop, implement, and advocate for data-driven workflows that enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability in the built environment. Your role will bridge the gap between traditional engineering, digital innovation, and business strategy—ensuring computational design becomes a core driver of Ramboll’s future vision.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the Computational Design Strategy to align with Ramboll’s business and digital transformation goals.
• Lead and expand the Computational Design Task Force , fostering collaboration between disciplines such as structural engineering, sustainability, infrastructure, and digital design.
• Drive the adoption of automation and AI-assisted design across teams, improving productivity and design quality.
• Collaborate with HR & Capability Building to shape training programs that enhance digital competencies across the organization.
• Act as a key liaison between computational design, business development, and project management teams to maximize project value.
