Role : Lead - Product Design & Customer Experience

Experience : 7-10 years (with 2+ years in Chennai / Hybrid

Role Overview :

This role is positioned as strategic ownership of product design & customer experience.
The Lead will drive the design vision for enterprise and consumer products, ensuring user-centric solutions that align with business goals.
The focus is on design leadership, governance, and business impact, not just execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with leadership and PMs to define design strategy and roadmaps.

Own governance of design systems and guidelines across products.

Lead user research, usability programs, and data-driven design iterations.

Manage and mentor a design team, ensuring business objectives translate into design deliverables.

Present to senior stakeholders, defending design decisions with ROI impact.

Track trends in UX / CX and recommend innovations for scalability and global relevance.

Skills & Qualifications :

7-10 yrs in product design with strategic leadership experience.

Strong portfolio showing measurable impact of design on business outcomes.

Excellent communication with C-level stakeholders.

Experience in enterprise / digital transformation design initiatives.

Exposure to design systems, accessibility, and data-driven design practices
