Content Moderator Bengali ( Relocate to Vietnam )

Job descriptionBase Salary : 16,000,000 VND / month. Meal allowance : 500,000 VND / month. Monthly KPI Incentive : Up to 1,200,000 VND / month. 100% salary in 2-month probation time. Proficiency in Bengali / Telugu or Tamil (native-level fluency). Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) over and above any one native language listed. Deep understanding of regional slang, music, pop culture, and linguistic nuances in your native language. High level of maturity and judgment to identify and evaluate nuances vs. non-essential content for the platform. Flexible for 24 / 7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Willing to relocate to Vietnam and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. One-way flight ticket to Vietnam. 15 days’ accommodation in a shared guest house upon arrival. Work permit & TRC (Temporary Residence Card) for the employee (company supports documentation for family TRC; fee to be covered by employee). Great international working environment with career growth opportunities. 14 days of leave / year. 13th Monthly Salary. Annual Health Checkup. 5 days / week (any 2 days off). Shift : Rotate 24 / 7 (according to the business need & team leader) Rotating shifts : 9 hours / shift / month (including 1.5-hour rest)
Should be willing to relocate to Vitenam and must have native level proficiency in Bengali
Role & Responsisbilities
- Review and moderate audio / picture / text content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
- Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive audio / picture / text material.
- Document and report trends, patterns, and potential risks in user-generated audio / picture / text content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and trusted platform environment.
