Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR functions, including maintaining HR records, assisting with benefits administration, coordinating training sessions, and managing HRIS. The assistant will also help with HR management tasks, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HRIS
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Ability to coordinate and conduct Training sessions
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• Previous experience in an HR role is a plus
