Job Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and drive lead generation activities for our USA Campaign.
Responsibilities :
Research and identify potential leads in the USA across various IT industries through Cold Calling.
Assist sales team in creating a sales funnel and generating the appointments.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure successful lead conversion.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products / services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
Provide regular reports on lead generation progress and outcomes.
Requirements :
Proven experience in lead generation or sales development in IT Service industry.
Strong understanding of the USA market and business culture; prior experience working with US-based startups is a plus.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and online research platform.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
