Job Overview

Spandana Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time junior position requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The role entails delivering quality patient care and ensuring all prescribed treatments are administered efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Patient Care (Mandatory skill) : Ability to provide compassionate and effective care to all patients, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Medication Administration (Mandatory skill) : Proficiency in administering medications accurately and responsibly as per physician orders.
• IV Therapy (Mandatory skill) : Skilled in initiating and managing IV therapy, ensuring proper handling and monitoring of IV sites.
• Electronic Health Records (EHR) : Competence in updating and maintaining accurate patient records using EHR systems.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) : Certified in BLS, with the ability to perform emergency procedures when necessary.
• Telemetry : Experience in monitoring and interpreting telemetry data to track patient cardiovascular status.
• Wound Care : Expertise in assessing and managing wounds, ensuring appropriate cleaning, dressing, and healing process.
• Infection Control : Knowledgeable in implementing infection control protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections and ensure patient safety.
