Role Overview
We are looking for a
Media Manager – Performance Marketing
with
2–3 years of hands-on experience
in running ROI-driven campaigns. The role demands expertise in
YouTube and Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, GMC, Google Analytics, and Marketplace Ads (Amazon & Flipkart)
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize
performance campaigns
across Google, Meta, Amazon, and Flipkart.
Manage and monitor
budgets
to deliver
ROAS / ROI goals
Own campaign tracking and attribution through
Google Tag Manager (GTM), GMC, and Google Analytics
Build and manage
keyword strategies, audience segments, and bid optimizations
for efficiency
Run
A / B tests
on creatives, ad copies, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Track
Amazon & Flipkart ad placements, keyword ranking, and TACoS
to maximize marketplace revenue
Prepare
weekly
performance reports
with actionable insights
Stay updated with new
ad tech, platform updates, and automation tools
to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Skills
2–3 years of direct experience managing
digital performance campaigns
Strong hands-on knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, GMC, Google Analytics, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads
Strong Excel skills for reporting & analytics
Proven track record of meeting
ROAS, ROI, and CPA targets
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
