Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of web developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Oversee the development of web-based applications using ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, C# and VB.NET.
  • Ensure the use of best practices and the latest technologies, including .NET Framework 4.7 and above, JavaScript, MVC, JQuery, and more.
  • Design and implement robust database solutions, leveraging SQL Server 2016 and above.
  • Manage source control using GIT and ensure code quality and consistency.
  • Develop and integrate Web Services, Web APIs, and apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Utilize HTML5, CSS, XML, and XSLT to create responsive and high-performance web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing web-based applications using ASP.NET and C#.
  • Proficiency in .NET Framework 4.7 and above.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript, MVC, JQuery, and other modern web technologies.
  • Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts and hands-on experience with SQL Server 2016 and above.
  • Familiarity with source control systems like GIT.
  • Expertise in Web Services, Web API, and OOP principles.
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS, XML, XSLT, React JS, Node JS, and Angular.
  • Experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, FHIR APIs, or HL7 is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to guide and inspire a team.
