Job Description :

The General Manager / Resort Manager will oversee the operations of a prime Resort with 120 Rooms in the picturesque Hill landscapes of South India. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of Guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Excellence : Lead all aspects of Resort Operations, including guest services, housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Maintenance and more. Maintain the highest standards of quality and service and to curate exceptional Guest Experiences.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, growth, and exceptional service.
• Guest Relations : Interact with guests, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Strive to create a personalized and memorable experience for every guest.
• Financial Management : Manage the resort's budget, monitor expenses, and drive revenue generation. Implement cost-effective measures without compromising on quality.
• Sales and Marketing : Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams at Regional / Corporate Office to promote the resort, increase bookings, and explore opportunities for business growth.
• Maintenance and Upkeep : Oversee the maintenance of the resort's facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Compliance : Ensure the resort operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
