Job Description - Chief Manager IT - Digital Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of technology projects across business functions (e.g., LOS, LMS, KYC, Collections).
• Manage internal project teams including developers, testers, and business analysts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales, Credit, Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to gather and define requirements.
• Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management for technology partners.
• Ensure timely project delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
• Maintain detailed documentation – BRD, FRD, SOPs, UAT scripts, and test cases.
• Conduct regular project status reviews with internal leadership and external partners.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure project adherence to IT governance, audit, and compliance standards.
• Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams for seamless execution and adoption.
