Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive business development professional with proven experience in healthcare, ideally diagnostics (Pathology & Radiology). The role spans the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closure and execution — across corporates, hospitals, diagnostic labs, and other partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B outreach through cold / warm calls, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Pitch diagnostic and healthcare services to decision-makers (HR / Admin heads, hospital managers, lab partners).
- Manage the complete sales cycle : prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing → execution.
- Lead and coordinate healthcare initiatives (Food Handler Tests, health camps, diagnostic drives).
- Maintain outreach funnel, reporting dashboards, and performance tracking on MS Office / Excel.
- Liaise with internal teams (doctors, ops, product) for seamless delivery.
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
2–3 years’ experience in healthcare business development, preferably diagnostics.Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) — confident and persuasive.Comfortable with high-volume B2B calling and client interaction.Strong organizational skills with ability to manage funnels and execution.Self-driven, target-focused, resilient.KPIs
