About The Role
We're looking for an Associate Manager who can lead app performance campaigns end-to-end — from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Meta Ads and strong operational acumen to manage large-scale campaigns, optimize for ROAS and retention, and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
You'll be the go-to person for app performance strategy, campaign execution, and operational excellence within the media team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Meta-focused app performance campaigns — plan, execute, and optimize across acquisition and retention funnels.
- Develop and manage media strategies and buying plans for app clients aligned with performance goals (CPI, CPA, ROAS).
- Oversee campaign setup, tracking, and daily pacing to ensure efficient delivery and performance.
- Collaborate closely with analytics, strategy, and creative teams to develop data-driven performance narratives.
- Manage pixel implementation, event tracking, and conversion optimization in coordination with tech and analytics teams.
- Monitor campaign results and present actionable insights to internal and client stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with Meta and other platform partners for beta access and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members in campaign hygiene, optimization frameworks, and reporting discipline.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in performance marketing or media buying, with strong focus on Meta Ads for app-based clients.Proven track record in user acquisition, app engagement, and retention campaigns.Hands-on expertise in Ads Manager, Events Manager, MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch), and analytics tools.Deep understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV metrics.Excellent operational management — detail-oriented, process-driven, and deadline-focused.Strong analytical and communication skills with a data-first mindset.Experience leading small teams or managing campaign operations end-to-end.Skills : app,campaigns,meta
