We are looking for an experienced Media Buying Lead with hands-on expertise in executing digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. This role requires strong executional and backend skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to mentor junior team members while driving high-performing media strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, and execute digital media campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads including setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting.
- Maintain high-quality client servicing by providing timely campaign updates, post-campaign analysis, and actionable insights.
- Identify and target the right audience through segmentation, behavioral targeting, and persona development.
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for higher ROI and efficiency.
- Manage media budgets across platforms to maximize returns while staying within client constraints.
- Test and implement new strategies, creatives, and bidding approaches to improve performance.
- Prepare and deliver campaign reports to internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting key insights and learnings.
- Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and digital marketing innovations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members , sharing platform knowledge and campaign best practices.
Key Requirements :
4–6 years of experience in performance marketing or media buying.Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads , and LinkedIn Ads .Strong understanding of campaign setup, conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and performance optimization.Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Looker Studio.Experience in managing and scaling digital budgets effectively.Excellent communication and reporting skills.Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude and leadership potential.
