Were looking for a UI Designer with 4+ years of experience who instills a creative bent of mind, good analytical skills, a strong design portfolio, and a passion for designing simplified user journeys. You should be able to envision how people experience products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and Youll Need :

• A high visual and creative Overall Design Sense.
• Design software skills : Sketch / XD / Figma / Invision Studio, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Other designing tools.
• Hands-on experience converting wireframes to pixel-perfect user interface with some understanding of business.
• Typography, Iconography, layout and others visual design skills.
• Understanding of web and mobile interface with iOS and Android design standards.
• Knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
• Great storytelling and ability to communicate ideas and present designs to clients as well as internally.
• An understanding of basic UX patterns and Youll Do :
• The ability to develop product strategies to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Impeccable taste and a great eye for design.
• Ability to uncover and utilize business truths and user behaviours that help define a great product.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all requirements are met with designs.
• Demonstrate the ability to synthesize and present your work.
• Ability to craft designs and deliver insightful human experience to clients.
• Fine-tuned attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution. Ability to humanize Technology.
• Team Mentoring skills.
