About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and creative UX Designer to join our team and work directly with our client Tata Medical in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.

This role requires close collaboration with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces aligned with business goals and user expectations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of UX designs.
• Advocate for UX best practices and maintain consistency across products.
• Stay updated on latest trends in design, tools, and usability standards.
• Deliver design documentation and support development teams during implementation.
