Any Graduation
Experience :
Minimum 2–4 years overall, with
at least 1 year as a Team Leader on paper
Process Experience :
Domestic Inbound Customer Support (Voice Process)
Languages :
Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi & Telugu
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and supervise a team of customer support executives in a domestic inbound process ( 35- 40-member team).
Monitor and drive team performance, productivity, and adherence to service level targets.
Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team effectiveness.
Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
Skills and Abilities :
Performance Metrics Handling : Proven experience in managing key KPIs such as AHT, FCR, CSAT
Ability to manage pressure and resolve issues efficiently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across multiple languages
