B2B Graphic Designer

Magnon Group is looking for a highly experienced B2B_Graphic_Designer across levels for the creative team. In this role, you&aposll lead and execute global design initiatives for one of our largest clients—a world-leading B2B_SaaS brand.

You'll create sharp, conversion-oriented designs that bridge storytelling and performance, across digital and offline touchpoints. As part of a high-performing cross-functional agency team, your designs will directly impact global awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the design execution of global marketing campaigns (product launches, brand refreshes, demand gen, etc.) across channels : web, social, email, events, and paid media

2. Develop concept-driven creative solutions tailored to enterprise buyers across the funnel.

3. Translate complex SaaS messaging into simple, compelling visual narratives.

4. Collaborate with art directors, content writers, strategists, and client stakeholders.

5. Build and maintain visual systems, templates, and brand guidelines for scalable execution.

6. Mentor junior designers and freelance collaborators when needed

Must-Have Qualifications

1. 3-8 years of design experience, with at least 3 years in B2B or SaaS-focused roles.

2. Proven agency experience working on large-scale, global campaigns.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel design work for B2B tech or SaaS clients

4. Deep understanding of B2B audience psychology, particularly enterprise decision-makers

5. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and motion basics (After Effects a plus)
