Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Support Product Strategy & Execution : Collaborate with senior product managers to contribute to the development and execution of the product roadmap aligning with overall business goals.
• Data-Driven Insights : Analyze data and metrics to identify product opportunities and track performance contributing to data-informed decisions that enhance the user experience.
• Customer-centric focus : Engage with users to gather insights on pain points and preferences. Effectively communicate these findings to the product team to support data-driven product decisions that align with customer needs.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with engineering design and business teams to support the seamless execution of product initiatives and feature launches.
• UX and Design Partnership : Collaborate with the design team to develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that elevate the customer experience.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Conduct research on industry trends competitors and new technologies to keep the product offering innovative and competitive.
• Product Lifecycle Management :  Participate in managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch optimization and growth.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Help track and monitor product KPIs identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing product refinement.
