Senior Finance Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the staffing industry.
• Strong knowledge of AR / AP functions, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Experience with report generation using financial software (QuickBooks, Zohobooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
• Proven ability to manage and develop a finance team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with leadership and external stakeholders.
