The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and maintenance of all financial systems, ensuring their optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.

This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, strong technical expertise, and exceptional leadership - Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems and applications, including ERP, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools.

• Partner with finance and accounting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Manage a team of finance systems analysts, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all financial systems.
• Develop and implement best practices for system administration, security, and user support.
• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate financial systems with other enterprise applications.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in finance systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems and - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance systems, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience with major systems (e.g., Netsuite, Oracle, Zip, Flowqast, workiva).
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent project management skills and a track record of successful system implementations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
