The brand is backed by Maxperience, one of India's leading experiential marketing agencies with over 15+ auto brands serviced, 500+ large-scale events & rides executed, and 20+ successful IPs created and delivered.

Built at the intersection of luxury, adventure, and storytelling, Madcap Luxe crafts ultra-premium outbound expeditions, high-end self-drive journeys, and bespoke experiential itineraries for India's most discerning travelers - blending thrill, exclusivity, and emotion into every journey.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Sales Manager - Luxe & Experiential Travel to lead business development and client acquisition for Madcap Luxe's exclusive travel experiences. The role will focus on identifying high-value clients, driving sales, and building strategic partnerships while leveraging digital channels and performance marketing insights to scale revenue growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen, deep luxury market understanding, and digital marketing fluency, capable of merging data-driven insights with emotional storytelling to convert interest into high-value bookings.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales :

  • Identify and engage potential HNI / UHNI clients, corporate partners, and lifestyle networks for luxury expeditions and travel programs.
  • Develop and execute integrated sales strategies combining offline relationship building and digital outreach.
  • Build and nurture relationships with global travel agents, DMCs, and premium hospitality brands.
  • Generate leads through networking, collaborations, and targeted digital performance campaigns.
  • Work closely with leadership to design premium product offerings and pricing structures aligned with brand positioning.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :

  • Conduct personalized consultations and curate bespoke itineraries that reflect client aspirations and Madcap Luxe's signature tone.
  • Present offerings with storytelling finesse - positioning each journey as an emotion-led, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
  • Close high-value deals through consultative selling and exceptional client relationship management.
  • Maintain a strong retention pipeline of repeat clients through consistent engagement and after-sales care.
  • Represent Madcap Luxe as a brand ambassador at exclusive lifestyle events, trade shows, and luxury forums.
  • Digital Marketing & Performance Integration :

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and optimize digital campaigns that drive quality leads.
  • Interpret campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) to refine sales strategies.
  • Suggest targeted content, landing pages, and lead magnets to improve conversion from digital channels.
  • Stay updated on luxury travel digital trends, influencer collaborations, and new-age customer acquisition tools.
  • Partnerships & Market Development :

  • Forge alliances with luxury brands, auto manufacturers, and lifestyle partners to co-create integrated experiences.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with premium travel and hospitality vendors, ensuring exclusivity and top-tier deliverables.
  • Monitor emerging destinations, trends, and global benchmarks in luxury and experiential travel.
  • Reporting & Coordination :

  • Align closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure unified campaign execution and client experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Track client feedback, conversion insights, and ROI from digital and offline channels for strategic refinement.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Experience : 5-8 years in luxury travel, premium hospitality, or high-value sales roles.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Digital Understanding : Strong grasp of digital sales funnels, performance marketing metrics, and CRM-based lead nurturing.
  • Sales Acumen : Proven success in closing high-value deals and managing HNI / UHNI relationships.
  • Communication : Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to convey aspiration and trust.
  • Network : Strong connects within luxury ecosystems - travel, automotive, lifestyle, and corporate.
  • Analytical : Ability to interpret campaign data, lead analytics, and client behavior patterns.
  • Personality : Entrepreneurial, self-driven, articulate, and passionate about creating experiences that inspire.
