Job Summary

We are looking for a senior-level SAP Process Lead with deep expertise in Sales & Distribution, Service Management, and S / 4HANA transformations. The role demands a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, global template implementations, and the ability to lead large-scale digital transformation engagements while demonstrating clear business value.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Transformation

  • Lead SAP adoption and digital transformation initiatives across industries
  • Own solution strategy for S / 4HANA SD & Service Management tracks globally
  • Drive innovation and transformation in large existing accounts

Solutioning & Client Engagement

  • Interact with clients to understand business requirements and propose SAP solutions
  • Lead end-to-end solutioning and defend proposals at BU / MU / SBU levels
  • Collaborate with account teams, partners, and global SMEs in shaping strategic deals

    • Delivery & Capability Building

  • Provide expert guidance on S / 4HANA greenfield, brownfield, and system conversions
  • Drive performance, feedback, and solution assurance in delivery engagements
  • Mentor and develop architects / SMEs to improve solutioning capabilities
