The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in testing workflows, APIs, and end-to-end HR processes across ServiceNow and Workday, ensuring seamless employee experiences and system stability.Responsibilities : Design, develop, and execute test cases, includingfunctional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT .Performend-to-end testingfor employee lifecycle processes that span multiple systems, including Workday and ServiceNow.Testdata exchanges between ServiceNow and Workdayusing REST and SOAP APIs, leveraging ServiceNow’s Integration Hub.Validateworkflow automationfor HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.Conductperformance testingof integrated systems under various load conditions.Performregression testingafter every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.Maintaincomprehensive test documentation , including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and results.Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.Qualifications : ExtensiveServiceNow testing experience .Strong understanding ofWorkday HRmodules and integrations.Specific experience incolleague / employee-facing HR systems , focusing on self-service and employee journey optimization.Hands-on expertise inAPI testing(REST / SOAP).Strong knowledge oftest automation toolsand best practices.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
