Technical Lead - Node.js / NestJS

Were seeking a Tech Lead with deep expertise in Node.js and modern backend architectures to lead both backend and frontend teams in building scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

You'll play a crucial role in architectural decisions, mentoring engineers across the stack, and collaborating closely with DevOps and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead backend development using Node.js, driving best practices and high-quality code standards.
• Design and implement scalable RESTful and event-driven services.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps for CI / CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and reliability.
• Contribute to technical architecture and help set long-term technology direction.
• Coordinate with frontend teams (familiarity with React is a plus) for seamless integration.
• Conduct code reviews, technical mentorship, and ensure software development best practices.
• Own system design discussions and decision-making on critical backend components.
• Drive technical documentation and agile processes within the team.
