We are looking for an experienced ITSM Developer to join our growing ServiceNow team. This is a remote opportunity where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have 4+years of ServiceNow development experience, with strong expertise in the ITSM module, hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations specific to ITSM.
- Ensure platform performance, reliability, and data integrity.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving ITSM-related issues.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and customizations.
Required Skills & Experience :
4+years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 3+ years in ITSM.Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its development capabilities.Expertise in IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge modules).Good scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide API) and experience with REST / SOAP integrations.Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Nice to Have :
Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.Exposure to other ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).ServiceNow certifications (Admin or ITSM-related).Why Join Us ?
