Technozis - ServiceNow Developer - ITOM Developer

We are seeking an experienced ITOM Developer to join our growing team remotely. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow ITOM and the ability to deliver scalable solutions in a global business Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, and data integrity.
• Support ServiceNow system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
• Adhere to best practices for platform development, automation, and configuration Skills & Experience :
• 4+ years of proven experience as an ITOM Developer.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITOM capabilities.
• Experience integrating with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of ITOM processes and enterprise IT operations.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work Qualifications :
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Exposure to other ServiceNow modules beyond ITOM.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or ITOM-related certifications.
