Job Description : As a Sales and Administrative Assistant at Careme Health, you will play a crucial role in connecting with patients and guiding them through their mental health journey. Your responsibilities will include :
- Engaging with potential patients to introduce them to Careme Health's customized care plans.
- Effectively communicating the benefits and features of our services to encourage new patient enrollments.
- Assisting patients in scheduling and managing their follow-up appointments.
- Ensuring a seamless administrative process for both new and existing patients.
- Providing support and information to patients regarding our mental health services
